Your satisfaction is important to us. It is the goal of Incline Software, LC, to provide quality products and support of those products to assit you in storing, documenting, and presenting your family history/genealogical data.
We make Ancestral Quest available in two variations:
- The Ancestral Quest Basics program contains basic standard tools for storing your family history data and is available free of charge,
- The full Ancestral Quest program has even more features, capabilities, and reports, and requires a Registration Key that you must purchase.
It is our hope that customers will initially use the free version for a while to get to know the program. This should allow them time to try the various Basic features, and to see if they like it. Once they find that they do like the program and would like to have access to the premium features, we hope they will then purchase a Registration Key so they can run the full program.
We want to be sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase and will refund the purchase price if our program does not meet their needs. Our policy is that, within 30 days of your purchase, if you find that the program does not meet your needs, you can request a refund. We will provide a refund of your purchase price for the program (less any shipping and handling charges, if applicable).
Your use of our program may result in links to external websites and services that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content, the quality of the content, the suitability to your needs of that content, nor the practices of those external, third-party sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for the failure of those external third-party services to meet your expectations. Those third-party websites or services that require payment or subscriptions are handled and processed by those third parties. Incline Software cannot be held liable for those paid third-party sites or services not meeting the needs of the customer, and cannot issue any refunds on behalf of those third-party sites.
