Obtain Remote Assistance

Incline Software Technicians can provide you with personal, on-screen remote assistance with your Ancestral Quest program. Through this feature, powered by Splashtop and called SplashtopSOS, the Incline Software Technician can view your screen and take control of your mouse and keyboard to provide personal assistance to help resolve the problem on your own computer.

Please do not use this system until you have spoken with a technician. Call 1-801-280-4434 during office hours (typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday-Friday) to reach a technician.

Follow the directions of the technician to complete the remote connection.

Once the Splashtop SOS screen appears, you will need to tell your Incline Support Technician the On-Demand Support number that is displayed.
